Chile Con Queso
Hot, creamy cheese sauce fortified with Hatch green chile,
jalapeno and diced tomato. We serve our queso with fresh homemade

Yes, fried pickles.  Breaded, deep fried pickle spears served with

Green Chile Chicken Fritters
We take grilled chicken, green chile, Cheddar and Gorgonzola cheeses,
mix them in a bowl with hash browns and mash potatoes, shape it into
cakes, deep fry them until golden brown and put two of them on a plate

Irish Egg Rolls
Crispy, golden fried eggrolls stuffed with corned beef, cabbage and

Our salads are large and come with a mini loaf of hot fresh potato bread.
Most come with a suggested dressing but can be ordered with any of the following:

Cosmopolitan
You’ll feel like you did yourself a favor after eating this salad.
Fresh diced apples, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, feta cheese and cucumber

Spinach
A healthy assembly of fresh baby spinach, diced red onion,
fresh mushroom slices and a hard boiled egg. We then combine it with
a good-for-the-soul made-to-order hot bacon dressing. You can order it
 without the bacon dressing but that just leaves the healthy stuff.  9.49
Steak & Bleu Cheese
First we make a really special salad with roasted tomato wedges,
bleu cheese dressing and crumbles, flash fried onion straws
 and mixed greens. Then we lay a sliced flat iron steak on top.  14.49
Caesar
Invented by Caesar Cardini, an Italian living in Tijuana, Mexico, on the
Fourth of July in 1924.  We make our own dressing in his honor and toss it
with fresh romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan and house-made croutons.  8.99
Peachy Buffalo Chicken
Sliced breaded chicken breast tossed in homemade Buffalo sauce,
peach slices, candied walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese, diced red onion, tomato wedges

6oz flat iron steak with Guinness demi-glaze, onions and

Two chargrilled Guinness Beer Brats laid upon
a heap of mashed red potatoes and smothered with a rich demi-glace

Irish Cubano
Cuban inspired but decidedly Irish. A hearty and flavor-packed

Southwest Sirloin Dip
There’s no such thing as a “French Dip” in France. But luckily
you can dip your toasted hoagie roll stuffed with thinly
sliced sirloin beef, diced green chile and melted Jack cheese
into a cup of au jus here in Albuquerque!  You can order yours

Rob’s Reuben
We’ve been serving this sandwich since the ’90s.
Grilled corn beef, sauerkraut, Russian dressing and
